Quick Canoe Electric Plan - 5/7mph with 34lbs thrust Minn Kota
Dana Stovall contacted me to ask about modifying the Quick Canoe to use an electric outboard.
His ideas seemed sound so I made a couple of suggestions and he went on to build the boat.
Then along came the video.

It works so well we talked and he was OK if I worked out a plan for it. A little bit different from the one in the video.
Hull weight ended up being 65lbs so roofrackable. Squeezed onto three sheets of ply. Beam is just over a metre (39") so it won't be the idea paddling boat for covering distance, but it would be OK
More of the story here.
