Chopped/Lowered Model A Ford(Ratrod)

Been designing this for a little while now and got the bug to get it going so heres the start. This will be a long term project. The model will be around 750mm long and 280mm wide tyres 130mm in dia mostly metal construction with alot more detail work. Hope you like.

It's called Air Suspension. No bags, just air.

And I just worked out why it looks a little odd, the side windows are lower than the front cowl and windscreen.

Been playing around with motor size after all there are no plans this is all for brain and pics for various cars. Next was cutting out the roof and visor and welding in.
Now back to the motor were ill start detailling it. First with the blower were i mounted the ribs and front and back face plates and drive shaft, then the tension pully and crank then i made a drive belt to suit. Next i made so heads out of timber and holed for plugs to which i may be using glow plugs ,the the carbys and ram tube to top off. Also made and mounted distributor at rear and fuel lines to carbs. Still have to make up water pump and hoses and carb linkages and leads for plugs.

Went to bunnings other day and picked up so metal for the chassis, so started to fab during the week. The height of the car has now been moved up to 10mm of ground the chassis will be about 15mm. Looking at ways to mount the wheels at moment ,so did some more fabing on the exhaust last nite.Tonite i bent up the otherside exhaust and hopefully put together today. The motor at the momement weighs nearly 3kg so the whole car itself will weigh abit when completed.
Also called into local hobbyshop and picked up a few handy tools and benders and some more brass rod and some brass c section for the sunroof which will be mounted to the underside of roof for the track for the vinyl roof it will have.

Sorry havent had time to do anything been busy at work with christmas rush then spent 3 days in hospital, dissy spells pain in left arm all tests negative so far still a few more test to do so taking it easy for a while.

Been relaxing for a while all test negative, but shoulder been giving me hell for last 3-4 weeks plus been way to hot here to go into shed so been enjoying air conditioning. Got a few things done past few days. The left side of exhaust done and the 2 sides of the chassic made and welded. I've draw the front axle in cad program and hopefully cut out of 12mm thick steel tomorrow at work.

Having problems posting pics ,tried twice now still dont work will give another go. no not working will try ltr
