A couple of Christmas presents
Sorry, no WIP picks.
Toy box for my nephew was inspired by something similar in a woodwork mag. All four sides lean in three degrees. About a meter wide by 500 high by 400 deep. Jarrah frame and top, unknown wood panels.
Fishing Rod holder for father in Law, made from jarrah, brushbox and an unknown wood. The world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.

Cheers for the comments guys. The skull and swords, I printed out an image from the web and glued it to the board. Roughed it out on the bandsaw then did the details with a coping saw. Finally used the belt sander attachment on the bench grinder, and a rotary tool to sand the edges down. Then simply glued onto the lid.
All my fishing rods are stuck in the corner. The father in laws look pretty good in his shed though..The world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.
