Default Redgum / Redgum Burl / Blackwood - Plant Stand

With some leftovers from a previous job i needed a project that used minimal timber. This seemed a good use of some Redgum, Redgum Burl and Victorian Blackwood. Nice simple mitered construction with two rebated bottom leg supports.

It didn’t even cross my mind when I was making it, but it’s the general consensus when people are looking at it. Maybe I should put a gold fish bowl on it.

Downside is i have now run out of that awesome Redgum Burl, so i will have to contact my secret dealer and just pray he has some more.

That little bit in the plant stand was the leftover from this hall table top with African Rosewood. I will post the table later in another thread. Gee i love that Redgum burl
