Mythical horse
Cliffs thread on his hunk of camphor laurel reminded me of the fun I had doing this sculpture, inspired by a pottery piece and cave drawings. Had intentions of following up with a series based on mythical creatures.......maybe someday

Kerry, you have really hit a 6 with that piece. To me that's breathtaking. The essential "horse parts" are there, it couldn't be anything else. Some parts minimalized, some maximized. Cro-Magnon would be proud of you! Thanks for showing us the piece.

Naming rights
Only ever called it the Mythical Horse, but the naming right is up for grabs. We could vote for the most popular???? You can go first RR Kerry

I "googled" Bucephalus (showing my ignorance Wendy) and read "Bucephalus, one of the most famous actual horses of antiquity". I wouldn't put my mythical horse in that category.........butttt
