    In front of the United Nations building in Geneva, Switzerland.
    It's a political art piece.
    It only has 3 legs, because the other was blown off by a land mine.

    I think the pic as been Photoshopped . As sjm says 3 legs ,one of which throws a shadow when the sun is not out and no other objects are throwing shadows .
    I think youv'e been standing in the rain.
    I've just become an optimist . Iv'e made a 25 year plan -oopps I've had a few birthdays - better make that a 20 year plan

    I thoughtit only had three legs because it was designed by a committee.
