Hi, I havent got any Aus Red cedar, but what is crown cut. I've been milling for 8 years and this is the first time I've heard of it. I know of quarter and back cuts.

Boutique Timbers
Check out mal's web site: google Boutique Timbers.
Around 50 cube of stock I think.....
How many boards? Do you have a carrier than can collect from a suburb in Sydney, I can get the boards down to here for you.

I think this has come up before, the difference as I remember is flatsawn is parralell with the bark or edge of the log and crown cut is still flatsawn but cut parralell to the pith of the log, the latter giving more of a vee formation to the grain and the previous giving more straighter grain patterns,
