Hey Barry - the first step in getting a reply to your post is to get your e-mail address right. [email protected] definitely won't get you any responses. Lucky I'm here to pick up the pieces and fix the broken bits, eh.

Good luck I hope you get what you are after.

    Cheers - Neil

    Neil,

are you absolutely sure about what you are saying ?

email addresses have always been case insensitive AFAIK.

    Hi gentlemen,

Thanks for your concern regarding the email address.

With email and web addresses the spelling is all you need worry about.

I like to mix the case for asthetic reasons.

    [email protected]
is more pleasing to my eye than
    [email protected]

I believe Neil was pointing out the fact that addresses look even better and act more internet aware when they are hyperlinked. i.e. email and /email tags
    surrounded by [].

And perhaps URL=http://webaddress and /url also surrounded by [].

Being used to Visual Basic and VB SCript etc. which are Microsoft standard case-IN-sensitive.

When I'm not sure how its done I edit the source and have a look around.

    All the best,

Ah, OK I can now see what the difference is/was.

Not having seen the original it was very hard to see exactly what Neil was pointing out.

From a 3rd party perspective all that was changed was the mixed case.....

Oh yeah, good luck with your sale!

    Cheers Ray
