And here are the photos to show that it did happen.

This photo shows the subfloor completed and compacted.

And these two photos show the roof cornice style being some scrap pine covering up my rough work and the undercoat on the roof.

    Enjoy.

Finished painting the roof and walls of this part, being the main rectangular part, of the woodstore with some old left over white paint. It looks a bit creamy on the photos but that is from the work light, it's really a lovely white.

This hides the multi- coloured array of doors that forms the walls and brightens the area up.

The next step is to build storage shelves along both long walls to give me 24 metres of shelving before tackling the narraw part behind storage area 2 as seen in the second photo.

A bit of an electrician's night mare in the second photo?

No problem for me, the extra wiring for the lights are colour taped but not connected and the wires hanging down from the live GPO is an extension lead and radio.

It was the live GPO that caught my attention. I would recommend some tape over the exposed bits while it is being used in that position.

Worked on the shed yesterday and today and I managed to build the bottom shelving for the long section of this wood store. This was the difficult one as it had to be levelled and built up around the far end to cover the old brickwork.

For the long planks I'm using some old doors cut to size, as they are ready made torsion shelves. The other shelves will be easier and quicker as they are built one at a time on top of the previous one, like I've done with the shelving in the other storage areas.

Next will be completing of the wiring, but before that I have a few other jobs to do, so it will be a little while before I can get back to it.
