GMC Table saw - motor broken - fix or throw out?
Hi all,
I know this is probably the bottom of the market item. But I have aquired a broken GMC Table saw. The motor doesnt go. The switch is ok.
I tried a search but couldn't find anything - sorry.
No Buzz, the motor just seems dead.
For my $40 sunk into this beast am I better of just chucking it out or does someone sell a replacement motor?
My other option is either saving for a bandsaw 14' or table saw. Im thinking the bandy might be more useful.
Comments or assistance anyone?

My first chioce would be dump it,but you can do a Google for elec motors. There are plenty around. Should not cost that much.

It might be worthwhile to try to fit a new motor, I've never seen one so I don't know how hard that would be, but worth a try.
