More machine art from Munich
Whilst there are engines aplenty at the Deutsches Museum, this motor stood out. It appears to be comprised of machined components rather than cast. The motor, a Siemens SH III, is an eleven cylinder rotary made by Siemens and Halske AG at Spandau in 1917.

Beautiful, I could look at that all day.
The BMW Meuseum in Munich is worth a visit as well. I did spend a whole day there.
