Linisher
Hi, I'm a newbie to the thread after reading it for months and getting some great info. I'm looking for a Linisher to brighten up stock flat steel just to give them a polished up appearence. I've read a fair bit about the Multi tool attachements and they look the goods but I've seen one or two hare and Forbes machines that may do the job too, would like to get some feedback from members, thanks in advance, link; New Hafco Grinding & Linishing for sale - HAFCO METALMASTER BELT LINISHER L 100 100 x 1500m, 15603

Dave,
I went for the Abbott & Ashby grinder with the Multitool.
Both wheels were poorly balanced, but may come good with truing.
The Multitool was hopelessly out-of-balance.
Nearly fixed with four (4) 3/8 inch washers positioned with duct tape.
When I get the time I will re-balance with something permanent.
My old A&A grinder (1989) operates smoother than the new.
John.
