RFQ: Lathe Work And Mill Work
Hi All,
Without a lathe and mill (really need to buy or build me one of each) as well as struggling locally to get parts or even get quotes from the local metal work shops due to their high work loads currently, i thought that i would put some feelers here to see if anyone is looking for a bit of spending money for their machine as well as helping me keep costs a bit lower as well as getting my build another step closer.
Lathe Work:
- QTY 16: Aluminum 12mm DIA x 30mm Long with M4 Thread through centre bore (Or drilled to suit M4 tap and i will tap them).
- QTY 16: Aluminum 12mm DIA x 60mm Long with M4 Thread x 16mm Deep both ends in centre bore(Or drilled to suit M4 tap and i will tap them).
- QTY 2: Aluminum 15mm DIA x 70mm Long with M4 Thread x 16mm Deep both ends in centre bore(Or drilled to suit M4 tap and i will tap them).
Mill Work:
- QTY 2: 12mm Thick Aluminum Bar/Plate, 75mm x 200mm, Machined flat on base and on one side with 8 holes and 6 tapped holes per item.
I have technical drawings for all and especially for the mill work as i know it will be needed to quote. If anyone is interested in either the lathework jobs , the mill work or even both, could they please PM me to discuss or talk money, it would be greatly appreciated.
Daniel

Lathe Work And Mill Work
G'day Y'all
This is the kind of stuff I do.
Only problem is, I am a long way away.
If all else fails....

Hi Daniel,
If you'd like to email me your drawings I'll have a look.
I have a few questions but the drawings may answer those.
I'll pm my email.
