Anyone know of a work space to share or rent in Sydney?

Hi

After living in a unit for a few years the lack of garage/workspace is starting to get to me! And having just finished uni I can't use their multi-million dollar workshop any more either.
What I'd love is a place to be able to set up with some benches, tools, etc and continue making things. I've been looking around various forums and sites (and asking word-of-mouth) but nothing seems to popping up. More than happy to share or rent a bench with other like minded folk.

Does anyone here have a space they share or know of spaces like this in Sydney? Preferably in the inner west / airport sort of areas so it's not too far to get too and I can spend more time making things, less time driving!

Any tips would be very much appreciated, thanks!

Well if you are after a semi-industrial area then google 42 wattle st ultimo. They have some reasonable sized units from about $200 a week.

Here is a link to a couple at 60m2 for $150 per week

if you want cheaper space then you may have to just rent a local spare garage. Gumtree has plenty of them available.
