Plectrum Timbers

I often browes but have not been in here to post.

I am looking for timber suggestions to make plectrums from. Size shape and design suggestions.

I have a young friend who is coming up for a birthday and she is into guitar playing and I thought a few nice wood plectrums would be an ideal gift.

theres heaps of different ones on fleabay, i think any thing hard wearing work

Ive not had a lot of playing satisfaction with timber picks Wheelin. But decorative ones, go for it!

Now how easy would they be to make few small pieces of nice wood file bit of sandpaper then they are truly a present from you.

Well I had some off cuts and had a go while not feeling to well just the dread lurgy. Made these up for a young lady.
