    Got a treadle lathe, that is workout enough. Funny thing though, you would swear it was driven by steam, because after a few minutes of leg work you get this very loud puffing sound coming from the opporater.

    A velocopede will keep you even fitter, much better than a workout on an exercise bike and you have something to show for it at the day.

    The pole lathe is popular amongst (the team
    in green)some of the w/turning fraternity in the UK and I have seen a couple of instances where it is used here amidst the bodgers which I think is a term applied to those using Manpower.
