    Default Irig question

    Hi
I have a stupid question to ask
I bought an Irig for my iphone to play a guitar on
I picked up an old pair of kenwood hs 5,s on ebay
there is a 1/4 in jack fitted but i need a 1/8 to fit in an Irig
I can get an adapter but the warning on the i rig,s say not to use the adapters as it causes feedback (will this blow my iphone up)
If i cut the 1/4 jack off and fit a 1/8 jack on my headphones will this fix the problem
    thanks
    Greg

i Plug my iRig into an old computer subwoofer every day. If it gets feedback you gotta turn down, move things around. It wont blow up your iphone. Just go for it. I recommend Jamup Pro over the IK Multimedia and Peavey Apps, although they all sound pretty good Jamup has the nicest and most user friendly GUI in my opinion. Garage Band is very good value too and does lots of cool stuff besides amp modellinbg and fx..

    enjoy

Ive got all the amplitube programs on my comouter and the rock! So many different sounds available. The Hendrix one is the best!! It has presets for all his albums and great songs. There so good, I'm tossing up the idea of selling my whole amp rig and just using the software through my monitor speakers
