how much weight?
How much weight would my shed support off the portal frame?
I want to hang a few things off the main main bearers
1. Myself! I have a TRX training system that is a suspension weight training thing. ( Total Body Workout: TRX Suspension Training | TRX ) I am about about 80kg
2. A small mezanine floor to store some things like Xmas lights, cot matress, blow up pool etc.

My brother just put up a shed that had bolted portals and there were warnings in all the documentation that stated that NOTHING should be hung from the frames. After seeing the frames and the shed I wouldn't be placing anything on them at all.

Australian standards dictate that the roof structure must be able to support point load of a person, so for exercise purposes it won't be a problem. It's hard to tell from the pic but I'd guess they are C150 purlins. For the mezzanine, depends on the total load and area you are talking about.
