Sliding Tables for TSC-10HB
Who has a sliding table hooked up to their TSC-10HB cabinet saw?
If so, which model have you got and how well did it attach? (modifications required or not).
I know there was a discussion a while back but I don't think anyone had said "yes this table fits with/without mods"How much wood could the woodchuck chuck if the woodchuck could chuck wood?

At work we use the one Carbatec sells for the 10-HB for $595-00, it fits and it works.

They sell one for the 10HB? I've never seen it in their catalogues. The only one they list as being available separately is one for the MBS-300 at $895
Perhaps it's not even in their catalogue?
Regardless, does it have the capacity to rip 8' x 4' sheets? How much wood could the woodchuck chuck if the woodchuck could chuck wood?

Dean,
I doubt you'll find a retrofit table which will rip 2400. The Euro type panel saws use a sliding table which is very different to the retrofit types.

Mick, Yep sorry, I meant 1200... i.e. the 4' side
I know most sliding tables will, but there are some smaller sliders available that don't extend back as far on the infeed side. How much wood could the woodchuck chuck if the woodchuck could chuck wood?

Dean,
It used to be listed in some previous catalogs and Carbatec Perth has some at $595-00 and its not the one listed as TS-12RST on page 55 of the 2004 cat. It has the capacity to rip 1200 and without too much hassle we do rip 2400 on it, although it is not really designed for 2400.
It fits on the left side of the TSC-10HB and we actually left the left wing on as well.

Dean,
Timbecon had/have one in their catalogue which I ordered in September '03. I waited patiently, then I rang them and waited impatiently, rang them some more and finally found that their contract with the manufacturer/supplier had fallen through and they didn't actually have any to sell. Don't know if they do now, but from memory theirs had a larger capacity and smaller price than any others I'd seen. Might be worth seeing if they have any now,
