Shared Workshop?
We've just sold the house I've spent ten years building and, as I'm a glutton for punishment, we've bought a poky little place and plan on basically rebuilding it. Trouble is, with the house went my workshop, and now all my gear's in storage.
It'll be at least six to twelve months before I can get the new workshop to a usable state (it's just lawn at the moment) and, just six hours after closing the door behind me, I'm already suffering withdrawals.
And so, to the point. I'm not running a business and would prefer not to have to pay full rent on a workshop space and was wondering if there was anyone in the Richmond Or lower Blue Mountains area (I'm In Springwood before moving to Kurrajong) who'd be interested in sharing the rent on a smallish factory/workshop.
I'd be willing to share my equipment (Felder combination machine, Felder bandsaw, Jet drum sander and assorted other small machines). All you would need would be your own hand tools (those I don't share) and work bench.
Cheers
Don
