    Default Cost Estimate to re-clad large shed...

    Hi All, looking at purchasing a new house which has an old dairy shed. Shed is half brick with a clad addition on the side.


    Wiring is pretty good, and it has 3 phase !!!


    I would like to replace the whole roof with a truss roof and re-frame the left wall and replace with color bond.

    Worshop is 20m x10m, would anyone hazards a guess at the cost of such and exercise? I would be paying someone to do the work.

    I know its a tough job to estimate, I am just trying to get a ball park cost so I can put some money aside for the project.

    Would you say $35K is enough? am i dreaming?
