    I heard that he was denied a permit to build a shelter so he built furniture, for which you don't need a permit. Probably not true though. I think he's just

    It looks amazing Cliff.

    It reminds me of a friend who bought a large bush block but wasn't allowed to build a house on it.
    He was allowed to build a Saddle and Grain shed.
    He did.
    With 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and verandah.
