Clamp Racks
I managed to reclaim a bit of storage space today. Made a couple of racks to mount my clamps on.
Just some simple plywood racks but they have freed up quite a bit of cupboard space.
The outer rack is hinged to give access to the big clamps at the back.
I still have to make another rack for the Irwin Quick Clamps but I'll leave that till it's a bit cooler. The forecast for tomorrow is 42°C.Those were the droids I was looking for.

Very flash.
I like the lower stabilising shelf for the long Bessey and Jet clamps. It hurts when they fall on your head if you get them tangled!
Can you post a close-up of the rack on the left, please. It looks smarter than my racks for those clamps.
Great use of space.Scally

Very anal.
I made something similar last year but didn't go as far as the bottom guide or the folding layer.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

I like this idea and have been meaning to make something similar. I got to either make something or start giving clamps away.

Thanks. I think that makes it clearer.
My rack is the most used part of the shed after the work bench.
How about a rack for G-Clamps, they are a bloody nuisance?Scally
