Variable power to a fixed power router
Giday all
I remember reading somewhere that you could buy a power supply adapter for a fixed power router to give variable speed control. Am I dreaming or does someone out there know something about this piece of equipment, cost and availability?
Cheers

I asked the same question about a month ago, and although some people find it acceptable, there is also an arguement against the use of a seperate device, (see routing Forum)
So I have decided to dedicate the fixed speed for the Dovetail Jig, and purchase another vs router down the track.
cheers

Thanks for the reply. In my travellings I came across the other posts. Just looks too hazardous. Am now in the market for a second hand variable power router.
Thanks again
