The odd vintage racer
I like to knock off the odd vintage style racecar, to different levels of detail, as the mood takes me... to fill in some time...
I've done a few, but wheels have always been a bugbear. Where can I get a couple of good wheel cutters?
The vehicles I do require solid wheels. I'd like to just cut them out, rather than the work required on the lathe...

G'Day David,
You can also get similar wheel cutters to that which "Cooroy Toymaker" has mentioned from the following:
McJing who is one of the forum sponsors
McJING Tools Online
Carbidetool catalogue page 37.....
http://www.carbidetool.com.au/media/...ter%288%29.pdf
The profile from each supplier is slightly different.... make sure you shop around for the best deal for whichever you select....
You can also make wheels pretty realistic wheels with holes & forstner bits...
Cheers, crowie
