Crowie has gone AWOL.....some R & R in Vanuatu, will be home this Sunday
Rang one of his daughters as a few of us were concerned something may be amiss but its all good
Maybe we should welcome him as a new member when he's back .....The person who never made a mistake never made anything

Absent On Leave BUT now returned.....
Absent On Leave BUT now returned.....
Thank you ladies and gents all, yes we were on 12 days holiday; first really holiday in nearly 4yrs.
We took the opportunity to have a break after our third daughters wedding the week before.
Yes, Steve, I didn't look at the forum whilst away.
We stayed at Aore Resort off Luganville, Santo which is 2.6kms across the channel; no TV, no Radio, no Laptop BUT wow what a beaut place to unwind and relax.
As the locals say; NO RUSH, NO WORRIES.
We did only 2 tours on Santo plus swimming & attempted snorkeling in the inlet on the resort beach; the local staff were excellent as was the food.
I hope to get back to some toymaking over the next fortnight after we get back to normal routine.
I will also put up a few photos on the WWF for the holiday.
Again thank you for checking up on me, it's appreciated.
cheers, crowie

G'Day & Welcome "to the Great South Land" & to a top forum "Crowie".
There are quite a few members from around the Pacific on the forum as well as across the rest of the world..
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you keep showing off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork...........
Welcome back mateThe person who never made a mistake never made anything
Cheers
