Maybe not quite in the same fully automated league but looking a whole lot better than concrete are fully computer controlled joinery workshops. The one that my cousins in Northern Italy own that can take in timber billets up to 600 x 600 mm and up to 13 m long and make packs containing a complete timber house. It cuts all the joints, including some tricky angled mortise and tenons, drills all the holes and cuts channels for services in solid timber walls so they line up perfectly.

The machinery can make small cabinet grade stuff too but they mainly use it for complete roof replacements.
