G'Day ''Mc'',
That is one beaut looking trailer you've made sir and scratch built to boot....VERY WELL DONE!!
You are setting the bar high!!
I too as ''oneye'', like it's design.
Did you photograph a real rig for the pattern??
Did you draw up a set of plans for yourself??
What are it dimensions??
What are the timbers you've used please??
Looking forward to seeing the prime-mover now.
Cheers, crowie

Thanks gents for the nice replies.
I'm just proud to be a member in such a friendly fourm.
Crowie I went to Rogers Trailer Co web site and downloaded pdf files of the trailer and scaled their dim down.
There were a lot of things I guessed at.
The timber is white Oak.
The goose neck is removable like the real one.
The tractor will be Toys and Joys " WS 108 " Western Star I have the plans and waiting for warm weather its too cold here, will post photos when I start on it.

I wil try to do a WIP with the tractor, I some times I get to involved in my work and forget to take photos.
I will try hard to take them this time to have a record of the build.

Looks great! Look foward to the tractor build. And I suppose you have to build something to haul on it as well.

Very nice work, McNeil, especially for a first scale model. Well done.
Looking forward to seeing the prime mover and whatever you decide to build to go on the trailer.
And welcome to the forums, the best place on the planet to learn more about woodworking and display your achievements.... Steve
