London Cab
Hi All,
Had a request from my wife's friend to make her son a London Cab to go with a previously made London Bus.
I came up with a stencil after looking through Google images, and used some 19mm (3/4") standard wheels from WoodenJoys (don't forget to checkout our 10% OFF Easter Long Weekend Sale).
The London Cab is approx. 12cm (L) x 5cm (W) x 6cm (H).
The London Bus was approx. 18cm (L) x 7cm (W) x 13cm (H).
All parts were made from plywood, with Tasmanian Oak dowels and birch hardwood wheels.
The cab was then finished in non toxic acrylic paint and varnish.

While the design & painted taxi & bus do look good..... I though prefer the natural timber look....still the kids have a heap of fun with wooden toys, well done.
