Smallest coffin plane?
Groovers, In my posession I have a little coffin plane with a single iron and wedge. The dimesnsions are as follows 150mm long, 60mm wide in the body, Body is 55mm high, Blade is 45mm wide and is tapered. Photos to follow soon.
My question: Do you have a comercially made coffin plane that is smaller?

I think I've seen at least one other as small as that, but can't be sure.
This one almost trumps yours:Ironwood cf 4.jpg
It's 54mm wide at the waist & 45mm high, 38mm blade. But it's 10mm longer than yours, & user-made, so it doesn't count....

Yep, my first attempt at a solid-bodied woodie. The full saga is here. I should've chosen a slightly easier wood to deal with than Ironwood for a first atempt, but managed to get it to work in the end. In fact it works quite well, but it is a very high angle (55 deg.) so only used for 'special' jobs. One day I'll make another like it with a more 'standard angle, 'cause it is a nice little thing to use...

I have a smaller coffin plane.....but only because it's narrower. It's an Emir 1 & 1/2 inch plane. Same length, just a 1/4" narrower. When I found it it had a piece of mild steel pretending to be a blade, took a while but I found a Mathieson blade for it. I'll sharpen it eventually.....
We don't know how lucky we are......

Ive seen quite a few , and I think I have one here some where , About 3.5 inches long with a guess .
Cant remember if it had a makers mark or not though .
And I cant find it ,
well actually , that's not right ! Ian will start stirring me
Its just that Ive only had time to go through one of my six tool chests
Chests are great for traveling with tools , not so good for finding stored tools though.

" chicken pickin' "
He heard about " chicken pickin' " and thought ...... " if a chicken can do it ..... ". So if I give him some time he'll be clearing shavings.
