Nothing..where ever I slide them to...they stay.....could be 1 of 3 reasons......either Magic.........Clamp Fairies....or they are designed to do that.....pick one....

I don't have clamp fairies in my work shop so it would either be magic or by design.

Don't know if Bessey Clamps have a problem with the handles slipping....mine are Jets and hold OK
