Default Definitly not a toy... ;-)

Working on this new "boat, "ship", or however you may call it, I took the time to make some pics. (I've been reading the post about this beeing a toy forum...) This is NOT a toy. I took the liberty to look at a lot of pics before starting on this one, and still 'm not sure if it will come out right. I didn't make any plans, as most of the time. The slightly bent ply, standing in a faraway corner, was exactly wat I needed... Just look at the pics and let me know wat you think...

Looks like another one of your great builds Leo. You should sail through this one and take the helm. I am also along for the cruise as Peter says

    Default Time goes by...

Took some time off last month, before finishing this boat: it's supposed to look like a japanese sampan. Also, as I am now "officialy" working for two shops here, the toy making goes a little slower. But it's done! This is, as you can see, really not a toy but a showpiece. The dimensions are: 64 cm long, 19 cm high and 13 cm wide. I made it, looking at some pics from a museum and made my own interpretation, within the limits of my abilities and skills. I cannot offer any plans, 'cause there were no plans made at all, so you just have to look at it and try it out. Ofcours, it's for sale... ;-)

Just beautiful Leo...you've certainly done yourself proud on this build, again.....
I hope the extra pressure of toymaking for 2 shops doesn't take away from the enjoyment of creativity and fun in the workshop...
    Cheers Peter
