I have recently purchased a Tato #3000 white ceramic stone from The Chef's Armoury at Botany Rd Mascot NSW, cost $159.00. I am very happy with it, Tato seem to have gotten the ratio of bonding agent and abrasive grit just right, I swear I can feel the stone grinding the tools when I am honing. I have been using Shapton ceramic stones and the Tato #3000 feels to me that it cuts more efficiently than my Shapton #1000. I am well pleased with this stone.
