Used Plant Equipment - Gantry Crane

I'm looking to purchase a used aluminum Gantry Crane.

I would prefer to go through a dealer (someone who can offer some sort of warranty / recourse for maintenance) rather than a private buyer straight off Ebay.
Any suggestions?

It depends a lot on what you want it for and how heavy/awkward the things are that you want to lift and move with it.
If it is for pro - all day useage where it will be well used then buy new from someone like them. If it is for intermittant use then look at a used one.
Personally I'd look at buying a secondhand one off ebay and then buying either a chain hoist or 240volt winch for much less than redfernflinns ones are.
A 600kg winch can be had these days for $250.
Horses for courses as they say. Just do your sums.

No worries. Only looking for a used model at this time.

I haven't had any luck finding a used alum gantry for sale anywhere so far. Ebay no help either. Open to suggestions.

Why aluminium? I'd imagine they would be pretty scarce. Are you lifting something that is bulky rather than heavy ??
