Default Lie-Nielsen Inlay tool extension arms.

Groovers , Of late I have been interested in experimenting with some inlay and purchased the Latta tool from LN. I was doing a clock and needed to create a wider radius so I needed some of the extension arms. I looked at Henry Eckert tools and they had them for sale but I thought I would have a bash at making some. Enfieldguy donated some 1/4 inch stainless rod and I called in to see the neighbour and got talking to his old man who happened to be a retired machinist (very Handy). Anyway dialled up the steel in the 4 jaw cut the required 8-32 thread after LN sent me a schematic of the threads (fab service). Machined the threads and a slot at the end of the rod and the pictures show the rest. Damien.

    Big thanks to Enfieldguy.042.JPG043.JPG044.JPG
