Over the years I have collected a fair bit from various sources, but since I am not home, can't help you much .

Best regular source is here https://www.cookwoods.com/ although sometimes not cheap when you consider postage costs these days. Cocobolo is one of those timbers that everyone is allergic too, it is just a matter of time before you get a reaction, so make sure you take precautions.

Mitch Talcove generally has the best Cocobolo (D. retusa and D. granadillo) supply of anyone on this giant oblate spheroid we live on. http://www.tehwoods.com/Cocobolo

If you order a container load, ask him to throw some Libidibia sclerocarpa into the container for the rest of us.

China, you may be lucky to get some in as it is now a CITES listed timber and last time I looked it had a $69 permit to import fee on it.
