Simply amazing. That is a lot of little parts to cut, shape and sand.

Yesterday I machined and cut all the pieces for the body, all sizes were taken from the drawings I had done while on holidays, all the bits went together as
planned. I used a Loctite super glue (from the green shed)only has to be clamped up for about 30 seconds.
Roughly set up to get the final dimensions of the front suspension. John.

Spent the last week making the motors. These models are glorified toys, not true to scale, so the motor is my rendition of the 4 cylinder diesel motor.
On fathers day I got a flex drive for the Dremel, should had one years ago , it made shaping so easy . John.

Progress was interrupted by school holidays , we had the grand kids for a while . Finally go the crawler tractor completed , bonnet , exhaust , air cleaner, controls , 4 of the six are moveable, seat and the tow bar. Got the details done for the dozer blade and its workings. The main (hydraulic) lifters are 12.5 mm diam, bored inner 9.5mm, 6mm shaft fitted with a 10 mm diam . x 6mm sponge to give friction to hold the dozer blade in position. Th smaller only act as guides for the blade to move several ways. John.
