    Default simple apt/house greeting signs

    http://youtu.be/bRmJQIqHnIw
    I used 1/2 thick black corian and a v60 v bit and a 1/4 carbide 3in long end mill
Most of my machining was 100in/min
Corian is very nice to work with ,but where I am located its very hard to get pieces
I think it makes the best in signs

I'm curious how you do the painting woodman.

Would you mind going into a little detail?

In my head I'm picturing you putting tape or something over the workpiece, and then cutting through that. then paint, then pull off the tape.

*EDIT* should have watched the video... sorry.

If your Corian is white, paint material then carve.
If it's black, cover with adhesive book cover, carve, paint and remove adhesive.
Every day is better than yesterday
