Narex chisels
Just to let you know that Narex chisels are now available here: http://www.finetools.com.au/
I have no connection apart from just having ordered some. They are cheaper than importing from the US or UK (at least by an individual).
They are also available from their ebay shop.

I have a bunch of Narex chisels, bevel edged and mortice chisels. The handles look ugly but the steel and the shape are fine. If you cannot make something with them, then it is not the chisel, it is the user.
in my opinion, if you want a. Himself and your Dad is not a millionaire get Narex. My age is still less than my number of posts

It looks like their range of Narex tools is expanding. Has anyone tried the Narex rasps? I know they probably won't be as good as Fencefurnitures fancy French ones, but if they are anything like their chisels, maybe they aren't too bad.
