    Default Small Rotary Table

    Hi,

I'm going away with work for a couple of months tomorrow so now would be a good time to buy a small rotary table. I'm not sure whether a 3" or 4" would be better:

    or

Tilting or flat? Obviously it's for my Hercus mill.

I have the same table but no chuck.
The table is what I expected for the price, just as long as you don't expect any sort of precision or minimal backlash with it.

    Ben,

They are small, probably too small. I have a 6" Vertex and a 6" Hercus rotary table. There have been numerous times when they have been too small.
