    Default This week's sunday project

    I find myself back here again this week! I don't know where else to put it. It is a half size miners couch, constructed from some recycled Oregon 12"x1" fascia boards that I took off a roofing job. The boards were in pretty bad condition and I was lucky to get enough for the job.



    I think the kiddies will regard it as a toy, and some grandmas are very grateful for this kind of thing too.



    Finish is shellac.

    It's bloody lovely ! And perfectly sized for assembly on the router table !

    No, just lucky! Quite convenient actually, just a bit higher than the workbench and access all areas just by walking around.
