No. 1 WoodRiver
Unfortunately the link for the No. 1 on the site above was playing up. It's working now. US$119 for a No. 1. That looks pretty decent. The Luban version (bronze) sells for AU$149. The Luban isn't bedrock design, while the WoodRiver doesn't have the lateral lever that the other V3's do. I figure postage would make the price about the same once you factor in the exchange rates.
I already have a couple of WoodRivers and like them, so think I know which way I'd be inclined to go.
Of course, if Jim stocks them, that'll give me an excuse to go back for another sharpening workshop

WoodRiver V3
I gather that it's a V3, just without the lateral lever, which means that it's Bedrock. I would be inclined to check that with WoodCraft.
And, I didn't say Jim's full name, as there can only be one Jim, when it comes to planes
