Bellarine Woodcraft Show VIC. 2015

Hi To You All,
Just hope I get this right.
This is held in Drysdale Vic. on Sat. 3rd. - Sun. 4th. Jan 2015.
Was a very good Show last year, with a small bonus of a big Book Sale near the hall. I hope to make it.
There will be some outside Items from other Clubs as well.
As always there will be some Excellent Models of Various Items,
being Ships, Boats, Trains, Cars, etc.
Come One Come All.

Yep, great help, looks like a proposed trip to the Bellarine Peninsula will be rescheduled to this date to allow us to visit the woodcraft show.

However I've just noticed when penciling in to my diary, all references are to this year and a previous year, not next year.

Yes the info is out of date but just gives you a bit of an insight into the group. The only current reference is on the Bellarine Woodworkers website but it is only the dates & address.

We are seriously thinking of going to this, but information is scarce and faced with a round trip of close to 200 km, one doesn't wish to get there without viewing what we set out to view. The bonus for us is the possibility of other craft type stuff in the town, we think.

The other aspect is what are the opening times on Sunday?

Saturday is going to be in the low 40's, we now wish to give that day a miss.

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to any sites that state the opening times but I am pretty sure it is 10 - 4 both days.
For other attractions, there is a massive book sale next door and a car & bike show just a couple of hundred metres down the road. I think last year they started to wind things up about lunch time on the Sunday. Queenscliff is about 15 minutes away with plenty of attractions there.

Well the weather is going to be my downfall, as it's going to be 41Deg. up here Fri.. Sat will be no better, so I have to miss out, as there is a bit of hard work to start all the Pumps, if needed.

My Apologies to who I may offended with all the Bumps.
