Yes Keith, It was almost a case to have to retrain him after such a top holiday, he just wanted to laze around, drink coffee and talk about the trip.. No more time off for him......cheers, Peter

Thanks heaps Trevor, I don't think.........
Though you could send him a mob, bucket, squeegee and a dehumidifier as it's raining "cats & dogs" here,
which is the last thing I needed just as my workshop was starting to dry out............
    Cheers, Peter

If the hail damaged the new gutter guard, I can only imagine what cats & dogs will do to it!

Default Things have ground to a stop again this week

Things have ground to a stop again this week with the storms in the Sydney basin....

We've had 209mm since Sunday night and the shed again has water flowing across the floor....

So frustrating to have so much rain & devastation in so many areas, while west of Bathurst is pretty well still in drought conditions.

I hope forum folk and families in the Hunter are safe....Cheers, crowie

Default We've turned the corner for the home straight.....I think!!

With ANZAC Day being on Saturday & was for the most fine, with top local turn outs at the Dawn Service [nearly 2000] and then again at the March & Memorial Service, though it was a very long and quite tiring day....very worthwhile as we are in this great country as part of there legacy and we will not forget their sacrifice...

The shed has dried out enough since Thursday with the 26" industrial fan running 24/7; so it was time to assemble the blade arms to the blade.

As with the little bobcat [skid steer loader] I've pinned all the vulnerable parts with bamboo skewers; though made a mistake and had to redo it [fortunately before the glue went off].... bit upset with myself but the toy will still loved and played with for many years.....

I've done a dry assembly of the wheels and all to see it together; it needs some extra "Crowe Creation" "Peter Built" styling [or is that Peterbilt], so while I get ready for spraying I'll have to sort that out.

    Cheers, Peter....

Glad you have weathered the storm Peter hope all is back on track now after the damp start back in the shed.

The dozer is looking great, don't let the little fella sit around.
