    Default My first toy crane.

    Finally finished this for a friends son. It will lift well over its own weight.

    WOW, what a top crane, it must be 3foot by a 1foot on the ground with the mast another 3foot.....
    Would love some more detailed photos and some details on the the build please....
    The little bloke will have hours of fun, play and imagination....very well done sir..

    Thanks for your kind words everybody. I just made it as I went along. I started with the boom and scaled everything else roughly around that. When I get home I'll upload some more pics. I'm pretty happy with the brake mechanism. It works well and is uncomplicated for a kid to operate.
