Shed Slab Construction Question

I, like many want to build a nice big dhed. But for the interim period. Need a smaller 10 x 10 that does not require approval. (Moreton Council). My question is does anyone know if the 10sq applies to the slab? I would like to make the (slab only) 12 x 10 to allow me to park my ride on? Then put my 10 x 10 shed on tnat. Is that ok?

OOPs I was posting this on my mobile phone, really messed it up, I better put it right.
The shed is a stock unit 4.5m x 2.2m giving me a floor footprint of 10sqm (9.9) I want to make the slab an extra 2m longer 6.5m long x 2.2m in depth to park the ride on, is that OK, can I just make the slab an extra 2m long for the ride on mower to sit on. I am in the Moreton Council regio QLD

Thank you, Councils sometimes have obscure rules and I thought to ask the question first, if I go to Council and ask them and its not OK then I have alerted them to what I am doing and could come under unwanted scrutiny.
