Kevin, That sounds like a cold winters night downunder followed by a good winters day.....
BUT you'd never catch me camping in such cold night weather........... Peter

I had to look up glazier i'm not real good with big woords but i can drive a nail like nobody's business, o and our cold season hasn't even started yet Got my wood trim for the box cut and shaped had to cover some rough glass edges so glazier I am not. Put three coats of lacquer on now that's my kind of finish five minutes between coats and call it Done

If you want to have smooth edges to glass after cutting them all you need is a clean fine sharpening type stone the flat ones and rub it along all of the edges wear gloves to prevent cutting yourself. When I use to keep marine and tropical fish I belonged to a club and a guy demonstrated making a complete glass tank he used one of the stones to clean up the edges a flat diamond one I should imagine would work as well.

Well I got my case all done today including the light switches and I am happy with it. That was a project itself and now that I know how to smooth glass edges the next case I make will not have trim on it.Copy of DSC02974.jpg

That looks so realistic. As Crowie says, are you sure you haven't used your trick photography again and this is the real thing.
    Magnificent work.
