Just had to replace the bearing on the cutter head. Fairly painless job.
went to my favourite engineer with bearing codes to get a price $6.50 and $5,50 for Nachi Quest bearings.
very happy to pay that. As the machine was given to me.
it took about an hour to pull apart and walk to my tame metal workers place to get him to work his magic on getting the bearings out of housing and press New ones in.
he dropped in this arvo and I just finished assembling with a test run.
    Wow what a difference.
