    Default 1950 Truck

    Hi Guys

New bub arrived on 30th June. All good, home and settled in.

    Rosey.jpg

Managed to get out into the shed (Between nappy changes) the last couple of weekends, dam cold but made this 1950 Truck for a mate of mine.
Body is out of Walnut, Sides, Doors, Bumpers and Grill are all out of Tassie Blackwood and the guards are Rock Maple.
Bit trickier with the glue up on this one, the tightbond didn't like the cold. Got there eventually.
Might have to do a modified version as a chopped rat rod or something. Maybe put some big fats on the back.

I would really love a real one of these to drive around in.

    Cheers
    Rod
