Good for 5 cents in trade Keyhole saw
No, I'm not selling a keyhole saw for 5 cents
I picked up this Warranted Superior keyhole saw at an estate sale and it had an interesting "washer" on it.

I've researched these tokens and I think the hole is supposed to be there. Apparently, they were used as a way of giving discounts at different types of stores, They were also used to get around gambling laws by paying slot machines in tokens instead of nickels. Officially, any "winnings" were used to buy merchandise at the shop, but if you were a regular customer, you could unofficially trade them in for real money. The number on the reverse side was used to match up with a gambling machine.
Anybody ever seen these before? Any other strange fixes you've discovered?
Regards,
Dave
